The Science Behind Hypnosis: How It Works
Hypnosis often carries a certain mystique, thanks to its portrayal in movies and on stage. However, behind the dramatic depictions lies a scientifically grounded technique that has been used for decades to help people overcome challenges, manage stress, and achieve personal growth.
When you enter a state of hypnosis your brain undergoes measurable changes. During hypnosis, the brain shifts from the usual beta waves associated with normal waking consciousness to a combination of alpha and theta waves. These slower brain waves are typically associated with relaxation, meditation, and deep focus.
This shift in brain activity is what makes hypnosis such an effective tool for accessing and influencing the subconscious mind. In this state, your mind becomes more open to suggestions, allowing you to reprogram limiting beliefs, reduce stress, and create positive changes in your life.
The subconscious mind is incredibly powerful. It controls many of our automatic responses, habits, and deeply held beliefs. However, because it operates below the level of conscious awareness, it can be challenging to change these patterns through willpower alone. This is where hypnosis comes in.
During hypnosis, the critical mind—the part of your consciousness that judges and filters information—relaxes. This allows positive suggestions to bypass the critical mind and reach the subconscious directly. For example, if you’re working on building confidence, a suggestion like “I am confident and capable” can be more easily accepted by the subconscious mind when you’re in a hypnotic state.
Over time, repeated suggestions during hypnosis can lead to lasting changes in thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. This process is similar to how habits are formed through repetition, but hypnosis accelerates this process by working directly with the subconscious.

If you’re like most people, you likely live with varying degrees of anxiety, sadness, and perhaps an overall feeling that something is not quite right. You may have tried various remedies with limited success. No matter what these “solutions” promise, you always seem to default to your default state.
It’s not your fault. You don’t need more effort or motivation. There is nothing “wrong” with you except for a lack of understanding of how your mind works.

People with Epilepsy or any person diagnosed with a psychotic illness should not enter hypnosis. Likewise, never enter into a hypnosis or RTT session while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
All sessions are online in the comfort of your home (unless agreed upon to be in person). Please ensure you are in a quiet place with your computer and phone in airplane mode. Ensure that you are comfortable and will not disturbed during the session.
One RTT session usually lasts 90 to 120 minutes. In some instances, it may last a little shorter or longer. I recommend setting aside about 2.30 hours to ensure there is enough time if needed.
The Inner Freedom Program is the flagship comprehensive program designed to move you from your current state to a life of freedom and fulfillment in just 90 days
The first month will include a 90-minute RTT session to uncover and dismantle limiting beliefs that are at the root of your main presenting issue (anxiety, depression, screen addiction, academic/athletic performance, ADHD, etc). You will be given a personalized recording to listen to for 21 days
The second month will include another 90-minute RTT session to reinforce the transformation from the first session, plus a healing vortex that will wire in changes at a cellular level. You will also receive another personalized recording to listen to for 21 days
The final month will explore your unique gifts, desires, and what your ideal life of peace, abundance, and fulfillment really looks and feels like. For the final month, there will be a third RTT session and another personalized recording to listen to. This last session will help uncover and fulfill your deep potential as you move toward your true calling and Highest Self
You will have weekly check-ins with me during the program and lifetime email/text access. Phone calls (after the program) will be provided at no cost on a reasonable basis
